Vegan Options at Red Garter Saloon Disneyland Paris
When we visited Disneyland Paris in October 2021 we decided to skip dinner one night as we had quite a large lunch and decided to check out some of the bars in the onsite hotels.
We took a walk to Hotel Cheyenne which is one of the onsite hotels. It’s a 20 minute walk from the Parks which takes you through the village and past Hotel New York and up a quiet walkway (maybe a little busier at park open and close!). We enjoyed the walk as it is difficult to get any speed up on a walk in DLP due to the amount of guests in the Parks.
The Hotel Cheyenne is spread over quite a large area and is Old West town themed. The buildings were very cute. The bar is located in the main area which has the shop and restaurant. The bar itself is a cosy Old West themed bar and we were easily able to get a table about 8pm. This bar offers pizza but they were unable to make it vegan so we got the “Nachos and Salsa” which was two small bowls of salted/Original Dorito’s and a bowl of plain tomato salsa. Both of these were pre-made but for a quick bar snack I really didn’t mind. We checked with the server before we ordered to ensure that this was a vegan dish.
I got a glass of red wine. I tend to pick “Naturalys” labelled wines when I’m at DLP as they are organic and always Google to make sure that they are actually vegan as red wine tends to not be vegan more than white. My husband got a Pina Colada which he enjoyed. There were themed Halloween cocktails on sale when we were there but I avoid these as they are often decorated with sweets/candy that contain gelatine.
I’d recommend the Red Garter Saloon for a quick drink. It was quiet, informal and the staff seemed very pleasant.
