This article will go through how to add a pin to our database. We have made our system easy to use. This article goes through some of the details.

To add a pin you will need a Pin Trader Club account. After you’ve signed up or signed in, you’ll need to click on ‘Pins’ in the navigation and click the ‘Add a pin’ button, on the new pin page you can add as much or as little information as you like. The only compulsory fields are the name, description, edition and at least one image.

Title - make this something which sums up the pin but still makes it distinct for example: ‘Snow White eating an apple’.

Description - describe the colours and main features on the pin, any writing or characters that are included and what they are doing. If you know this belongs to a collection or series, add that information.

Edition - We have a few options: ‘Open Edition’, ‘Limited Release’ and ‘Limited Edition’, when you select ‘Limited Edition’ you can add the edition number.

Released at, Retired at - are optional values as this information isn’t always readily available.
